TRAVEL
outside of Brussels a fee of +/- €700 shall be charged with the exception of “CARMINA” for which a fee of +/- €2,100 shall be charged
REFRESHMENTS
To cater for 60 to 80 people (according to the chosen programme) - (210 for CARMINA): sandwiches and drinks to be provided between the recording and the concert + drinks during the interval of the concert. VIP places shall be available, if requested, for the management staff of the orchestra.
FREE TICKETS FOR MUSICIANS
If possible, one free ticket shall be allocated to each musician, by the organiser
